I need help
My I pad is on activation lock and my friend knows the password because when she used my pad she put her apple id on there and now i cant reset my i pad and neither get in touch with her what should i do?
If you're the iPad's original owner, take it and its purchase receipt to a physical Apple Store.
If not, you won't be able to activate it.
