Cant locate Airplay Icon in Mac Pro to connect to Apple tv.

Hi, I have this problem with my Mac Pro 2011. I cant find the Air Play Icon to connect to my Apple TV. I had used it before but after a while of not using it, I cant seem to locate it no longer. I had tried the instruction doin the "FireWall Option" but still nothing happened. I hope to restore it back the soonest before vacation is done and I wont be able to enjoy my apple tv.
