I've spent enough time trying to cancel, I'm not spending time on hold and Apple does monitor these discussion boards, so I'm hoping they see it.

I'm glad you are so sure of this. I wouldn't wait for them to see it though.

There is no link in e-mail and no cancel my reservation on store page even if you go to Manage Reservations. What are other options?

Did you notify the store yourself? It is unclear if you did that. Apple is not here and we cannot cancel any appointment you may have had.
