Problem with file refresh in W2012 Storage and Ubuntu Linux (using smb protocol)

Hello,

I have a lot of problems with the refresh files in shared folders in my servers W2012 Storage and Ubuntu Linux. The IT infraestructure: we use Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 and there are about thirty iMacs, the lan is a ethernet cat.6.

I have tried to mount using smb or cifs but we have the same problems.

An example is:

Sometimes Mac1 create a file and Mac2 doesn't see it. Mac2 umount and mount again the volume then it see it.

It's a big problem for us. Please Could you give any advice?
