Q: What can enemy do with my Apple Id password?
I guess this sounds strange, but I am really curious. Let's say someone gets their hands on my Apple Id password. What can they do with it?
I have iCloud disabled - could they open it from outside and take my files on my Mac Mini?
I don't have any credit card numbers on App Shop - they can't really download from there and charge me?
Could they just get into my Mac Mini itself, read or steal data from there?
This is just me unable to wrap my mind around what exactly are the limitations of Apple Id Password.
Thank you for any answers.

As I said before it does not give them access to your Mac, merely the content of your iCloud account. Which (if its empty) will be nothing at all.
Who has your password?
