During the installation of an upgrade to my apple watch it was interrupted! And now I have a contact help for apple watch site. I can't get rid of the red exclamation point, no matter what. I uninstalled from my phone. I can't reinstall it.

Try force restarting your watch: press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for around 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
