Q: How do I connect to airport express with my new pc to access a printer?

Had to replace a pc. I have both an imac and pc i use for my home business. I have an older HP4350 Printer connected via usb to my airport express that I use to print from my imac. I want to connect the new pc (Win10) to the airport express as well so I can access the printer from both computers. I have tried the add printer function on my pc but it doesn't find the HP printer. Any help out there?
