Hello aynurfrombaku,
Thanks for asking your question about deleting synced pictures from your device. I'm happy to offer help for this.
The first thing we want to ensure is that all your data is safe. You can make a backup in iCloud or iTunes using this article : How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
Then, once pictures and some other items sync from the computer to the iOS device, the only way to remove them from the device is through iTunes. You will connect the device up to iTunes, and choose to no longer sync those items to the device on the next sync, then iTunes will remove them from the iOS device. Depending on whether you have a Mac or PC, you can use one of these 2 help articles will assist you in setting this up:
iTunes 12 for Mac: Sync iPod, iPhone, or iPad
iTunes 12 for Windows: Sync iPod, iPhone, or iPad
Thanks again for bringing up your question here. Have a great rest of your day.
