Need Help With Mail App not Downloading Emails From Roadrunner Webmail

Just started this morning. Neither my Mac, my iPhone or my iPad will download emails which have been downloaded to my Roadrunner Webmail account. If I pull down to refresh, or click get mail on my mac, it will say, "Downloading 1 of 32," and then in a second it says, "Updated just now," but no messages downloaded. EVERY once in a while (I have been at this all day!) 1 or 2 messages will download, but skipping over many others. ALSO, may or may not be connected, as a last resort, I thought I would try deleting my roadrunner mail account from my iPad, and even though I have clicked "Delete Account," and then said, "Yes, delete this account," it does not delete. In fact it just freezes, and I have to force that page to quit and then go back to Settings again. Then hit delete/confirm again and again, and the same thing happens - nothing.

I am able to send mail from all of my devices. Just not able to get most anything to download from the Road Runner account. This is really getting to me. Any help is greatly appreciated.
