It sounds like not all the music is syncing to your watch, yet the Watch app is reporting that all have synced without issue. I would start by removing the playlists from your watch:Remove a playlist from Apple Watch
- Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, then tap the My Watch tab.
- Tap Music > Synced Music > None.
- To remove the playlist, set your Apple Watch on its charger and make sure it's charging.
Then quit the Watch app on your phone, restart both devices and try this all out again. If the issue persists then I would unpair the watch from the phone:
Unpair your Apple Watch and iPhone
Then restart your phone, and pair it again:
Set up your Apple WatchThank you for using Apple Support Communities.
