Q: Apple Watch Software issue

Apple watch version 3.0 (14S326)

Model MJ3Y2LL/A

I can not read the small text when looking up someone to send a Voice Text.

Typically I send to one person, which before the software update I had pictures in a circle.

This allowed for quick and easy selection.

The new software does not appear to allow that anymore and it is small text for each person in the directory.

Is there away to get the picture icons back for select or go back a version of software?

    Hi

I'm afraid that it is not possible to downgrade watchOS.

If you would like Apple to consider restoring the Friends feature to the latest version of watchOS, you can submit a feature request here:

Apple Watch offers a number of options for making text easier to read, including:

    • Bold text
      • Displays heavier text by using boldface type as standard.
      • To enable:
        • On the watch: Home screen > Settings > Brightness & Text Size - turn on Bold Text.
        • On your iPhone, in the Watch app: My Watch > Brightness & Text Size.

    • Text size
      • Affects text in areas of Apple Watch that support Dynamic Type, including within Messages, Mail and Settings.
      • To adjust:
        • On the watch: Home Screen > Settings > Brightness & Text Size > Text Size (turn the Digital Crown or tap the text size buttons).
        • On your iPhone, in the Watch app: My Watch > Brightness & Text Size.

    • Zoom
      • Magnifies screen content by up to 15x. Zoom in and out, then move around with zoom-specific gestures.
      • To enable:
        • On the watch: Home screen > Settings > General  > Accessibility - turn on Zoom.
        • Or, if the Accessibility Shortcut has been enabled for Zoom, triple-click the Digital Crown.
        • On your iPhone, in the Watch app: My Watch > General > Accessibility > Zoom > turn on.
