I'm afraid that it is not possible to downgrade watchOS.
If you would like Apple to consider restoring the Friends feature to the latest version of watchOS, you can submit a feature request here:

- Bold text
- Displays heavier text by using boldface type as standard.
- To enable:
- On the watch: Home screen > Settings > Brightness & Text Size - turn on Bold Text.
- On your iPhone, in the Watch app: My Watch > Brightness & Text Size.
- Text size
- Affects text in areas of Apple Watch that support Dynamic Type, including within Messages, Mail and Settings.
- To adjust:
- On the watch: Home Screen > Settings > Brightness & Text Size > Text Size (turn the Digital Crown or tap the text size buttons).
- On your iPhone, in the Watch app: My Watch > Brightness & Text Size.
- Zoom
- Magnifies screen content by up to 15x. Zoom in and out, then move around with zoom-specific gestures.
- To enable:
- On the watch: Home screen > Settings > General > Accessibility - turn on Zoom.
- Or, if the Accessibility Shortcut has been enabled for Zoom, triple-click the Digital Crown.
- On your iPhone, in the Watch app: My Watch > General > Accessibility > Zoom > turn on.
