Q: iPhone 6 randomly shutting down with a white screen with grey vertical lines, then keeps restarting and breaking of a couple of time before staring normal again.

I bought an iPhone 6 this year January. 2-3 weeks ago I got a family member to fix my screen because I accidentally dropped it on the concrete... 2 days ago my battery went on 0 % and it turned off, but as I plugged it in and it began to turn on, it broke off under startup with a white screen with grey vertical lines. This didn't happen once, it kept restarting and breaking off until after a couple of times, then it started up normally and my phone was fully functional. I used it normally again but all of a sudden it broke down in the white screen with the lines and restarted. This happens randomly and at a random count of times. I tried to search the internet for some answers.. Then I took a backup and plunged it in my mac to run a recovery, no luck.. Then I reset my phone as a new iPhone deleting everything on the phone, but that didn't do anything either...  I am now thinking of letting someone take of the screen and put it back on again, maybe some loose cords? I have no idea what to do, anyone have some ideas??

    Hello Silz,

Thank you for reaching out to the
Apple Support Communities with your iPhone issue. Due to your previous screen damage and the repair not being completed by a certified technician, I believe the only option you have at this point is to have the device checked and possibly repaired by a certified technician at an Apple Authorized Service Provider or Apple Retail Store.

You can find service locations near you using this link: Apple find locations. You may also wish to contact an AppleCare Advisor directly via the phones or chat options (if available in your area) and see if they have an option to have your device mailed in to Apple. Use this link to contact an AppleCare Advisor: Contact Apple Support.

Thank you again and have a great rest of your day.
