Q: Apple Watch will no longer wake up MacBook Pro

I was having no issues with waking up my MacBook Pro with my Apple Watch.  However, all of a sudden, it just stopped.  The only thing that happened since was the updating of the software to the new patch for my iPhone and iPad.  Since this point (which was yesterday), I no longer see a prompt that my MacBook Pro is being woken up by my Apple Watch.  Anyone else experience this?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS Sierra (10.12)

    Restart your Apple Watch.

    1. Press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider.
    2. Drag the slider to turn off your device.
    3. After your watch turns off, press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo.

See if that makes a difference.

I have the same problem,it was working and then just quit working and have tried everything....turning the watch Series 2 OS3 off and on.  Turned iPhone 7 Plus, running latest Beta, bluetooth off and on, Turned airplane mode on the watch on and off, turned MacBook Pro (mid 2015) MacOS latest beta bluetooth on and off. I no longer see anything on the screen other than the normal login prompt. There are several other things I have tried and  still no joy. I am assuming this is going to require a code fix as a simple fix does not appear to be forthcoming on any of the forums that I have been able to find.  The fact that it was working (and working well I might add) I don't think that there is anything obvious that I did to cause it to fail.
