If your watch was not successfully unpaired from your iPhone, you will need to erase it before being able to re-pair it:
- On your watch, go to: Home screen (via a single press on the Digital Crown) > Settings (cog icon) > General > Reset > Erase all Content and Settings.
You should then be able to re-pair it via the standard set up process (choose the option to Restore from Backup, if it is offered during set up):
