If you just changed your email password and you're no longer able to send and/or receive email after doing so, then you'll need to just delete and re-add the account with your new password:
Get help with Mail on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch- On your computer, sign in to your email provider’s website to verify that all of your email is there or check if your email is saved somewhere other than your iOS device.
- On your iOS device, tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
- Tap the email account you want to remove.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Add your account again.
