Is there a way to bring back slide to unlock?

I have not found a way to bring it back without a lot of tricky hacks. Even going backwards in OS is tricky. Apparently the solution to your dilemma is to buy a new phone. I guess I'll get used to the **** button, and curse Apple every time I use it... and consider going back to Android since newer iPhones are not competitively priced. Welcome to the Apple universe. Soon to come– a system where it will scan your DNA to open up.
