Q: What do you do if your iOS update does not work?

I Have updated to iOS 10 even iOS 10.0.2 and I don't have access to he new features in messaging. For example lazers, balloons and so on. I do have the writing tool to send heatbeat and draw a message. I have plenty of storage space. Any reason mine won't work?

Do you have Reduce Motion turned on? Settings>General>Accessibiity>Reduce Motion needs to be Off.
