I have problem with finding my Watch on wrist, all other necessary setting are done and OK, but message Be sure that Watch are on wrist and unlocked near Mac is poping.
Any hint??

Check that your Mac meets the system requirements for Auto Unlock:
System requirements for Continuity on Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch - Apple Support
And that you are following all of the instructions here:
All of this was done before, unlocking was able after resigning to iCloud.

To use Auto Unlock, your Mac (a mid-2013 or later model) and Apple Watch must have macOS Sierra and watchOS 3 installed, respectively. You must be signed in to iCloud using the same Apple ID on both devices, and two-factor authentication must be turned on for your Apple ID. Make sure your Apple Watch is unlocked.
I believe that M1kael resolved the issue by signing back in to iCloud.
