I understand that after updating to iOS 10, you've had some issues with your sound and contacts. I know it's important for your iPhone to be responsive, so I'm happy to help.
What happens when you use your contacts? Is it unresponsive for all contacts?
Do you have a problem with all audio or only when in certain uses?
