Terms and Conditions in French while computer is configured to English

On my MacBook Pro, whenever the Terms and Conditions change, they are shown in French exclusively. Even while my Macbook is configured in all English.

It seems that Apple thinks that all Belgians speak French, or should at least understand legal French.

Belgium has 3 official languages: Dutch, French, German.

The vast majority of the Belgians do not have French as their primary language; and would prefer to read (and agree on) the Terms and Conditions in English (we do understand that it does not exist in a minority language as Dutch; that's no issue), but now there seems to be no way to accept the English version of the Terms & Conditions, or to change the communication preferences.

Thanks for respecting the language diversity in Belgium.
