contact lists question

I have created a contact list for my hockey team and a number of the players on my list have multiple email addresses. They want the info I send out to go to all of their email addresses provided. When I create an email using the group name, it is only sending to ONE email vs all the emails noted for each player. Is there a way for me to "turn on" all the emails so they are all included in my email message??
