Apple id has been disabled

I keep receiving "Your apple id has been disabled" so I have changed password as instructed but it keeps doing the same message, I have even resorted to restoring IPhone to factor settings but still getting same message. 😟

iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.5

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

I see that you keep receiving a message that says your Apple ID has been disabled. I definitely want to make sure that you have access to your Apple ID so you can use it to access Apple services.

That's great that you changed the password, but if you are still receiving the disabled message after that, you'll need to contact Apple for further assistance: Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security
