Since this new update sept 2016 How do you save Pictures that are sent to you

Since this new update Sept 2016 how do you save pictures etc that has been sent to you by email . I used to save by drop down box on upper right side of screen but cant find it there anymore

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Community. I understand you are trying to save an image from your email, and I'd like to help. You can save them by pressing and holding the image. A menu will pop up from the bottom with an option to save the image.

If the option does not appear, or you run into any trouble, the entire community is here to help.
