Suddenly get error 8364 for downloading movies NOT TV and Apple support is lost and useless. HELP !!

How do i overcome error 8364?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.7), Older 17' G4 + New iMac

Well your profile information says you are running OSX 10.6.7 which does not support iTunes 12.5. We operate purely on the basis of information you provide.

These numbered download error messages are not easy to resolve. It may have something to do with the way your computer is configured. It is even possible you need to re-install iTunes. Yours is the only post I am seeing like this which indicates it is not a general iTunes problem but something to do with how iTunes is working on your computer. Maybe even how it is working in that user account which is why I asked you if it was still doing it in a different user account (and still waiting to hear the answer).
