Mailbox not working
Since the new iOS download, I am unable to open my mailbox messages. I can see that I have messages but I cannot see them when I click on them to open them. Fix please!

I use Mail and separate folders to organize my incoming mail all the time so I know it's important you be able to access all your folders on your iPhone. It's my pleasure to help out today.

Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
After you reopen the Mail app, see if it is able to load the mailboxes or folders. If not, then our next step is to back up your iPhone.

Then we can try removing and re-adding the accounts.
- open the Settings app
- go to Mail > Accounts
- remove all the accounts for now
- add one account and see if it's able to load the mailboxes and folders
