Q: I don't have the option to add #images to add content e.g. gifs to iMessage. I'm in the U.K. Yet the image symbol is not available. Does anybody know how I can enable this function?

I'm having the exact opposite issue. I have an UK account, but am currently outside of the UK, and the option for #images isn't showing up either.

Other than that, you can try going into the apps section of iMessages, then select the store button, at the top you should see 'Featured', 'Categories' and 'Manage', go to 'Manage' and check if you accidentally deactivated #images.

I am in the US and was having the same problem but I had my cell on french language.

I changed the language setting back to english, then did a reset, and now it shows!

    hope this helps!
