unused iPad Air 2 battery
Hi,
I've been using iPad Air 2 almost 2 years but not everyday, mostly i turned it off for long time. Will the battery life decrease or demaged by turned ipad off for long time?

Depends on what you mean by "long time". These batteries don't like to be drained completely. Full instructions can be found here: http://www.apple.com/batteries/maximizing-performance/

The batteries do have a long shelf life but if you leave the battery in a completely drained state for too long, you may never be able to power the device on with it again. You should always charge an lithium ion battery to about 50% before storing.
