Q: Can't turn on Homesharing on ANY device.

Homesharing worked great up until I just changed my password (something I do yearly) and afterwards although I can log into the iCloud/Facetime/iMessages/etc, I can NOT turn on and enable homesharing!  What's up?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS Sierra (10.12), 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD

    Hi KD0000,

I understand you changed your password for your Apple ID, and you are able to access some features with your new password, but not Home Sharing.  It sounds like you might need to sign out of your iTunes Store account on your MacBook Pro and then sign in with your new password.  To do this, you'll need to open iTunes and choose Account > Sign Out from the menu bar.  After you've signed out, try signing back in to test Home Sharing.

If the issue persists, please make sure that you have iTunes fully updated on your MacBook Pro.  Take a look at this website for more information on this process:

    Take care.
