apple watch stuck exclamation mark

my apple watch sport 42 stuck on exclamation mark while trying to update..

tried pressing 2buttons didnt hepl

what to do next ????

please help

As force restarting your watch has not helped, I'm afraid that you will need to contact Apple Support or make a Genius Bar reservation for assistance:
