Q: Amber alert disappearing with ISO10

There are big problems with the ISO10 not working properly and disappearing  such the notifications, alerts and amber alerts are not showing even though you select them. Apple store check my phone according to them saying it is working ok, I lost my ringtones, Key ring set up with cloud causing a problem on set up since you dont have it set up, the phone calls are flooding the regular numbers it is a complete mess, none of the stuff with other phones such the bubble messages. The store personnel does not have a clue what is doing that. I dont have control on my phone, I pay for the phone to have a good use and not able to use it my way.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 10.0.2

Try holding down these buttons at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears:  a) the Sleep/Wake button and the Volume down button (iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus) or b) the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button (all other models)

If a restart does not help try a System Restore. First backup your device using iTunes. Also import your photos to your computer and copy all important data if possible. Try restoring from backup first and testing it. If it does not help, you may have to restore as New and reconfigure from scratch as the backup could be corrupted. For this reason it is important to have your photos and data saved separately from the backup. Here are the steps for a Restore:

Not sure what your other issues are since you are not specific about the symptoms, but for the messages bubbles, make sure that Reduce Motion is not turned on: Settings>General>Accessibility>Reduce Motion - make sure it is Off.

Here is a support article with more info about the messages special effects: Use message effects with iMessage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

    Best of luck,
