If the computer is operating normally, most Console entries can be ignored. If the computer isn't operating normally, please provide specifics.

I have exactly the same issue. The symptoms might be that mail is reacting "sluggish", i.e. mails are displayed in the list but the content is not visible at all or is only visible after 10 or more seconds, a new window to forward a mail opens 30 seconds later, search proposals take 10 seconds, etc.

Today I saw in activity monitor that processes hang: 2 x Mail Web Content (Not Responding). Force Quitting those processes solved the issue temporarily. But this time some Mail Windows were frozen completely. Selecting text was not possible. I could only close them.

The problem occurs occasionally, the system log, however, tells me it happens daily, basically several times a minute when I use Mail. Still, most of the time I can work normally with Mail and still see the log entries.

    So, maybe it's just co-incidence (I don't believe that).

A restart might or might not solve the issue (the hang was not solved).

I have a MacBook Pro 10.11 (2014), all other programs react normally; I do not see any indication for load (CPU, network, etc.)

    Tom,

While your remarks don't solve our problem, like you I don't accept the coincidence hypothesis and reject Mr. Root's un willingness to consider the facts.  I've been told that before, by people I trust, but clearly there's something going on, Mr. Jones.  Sure would be nice if Apple were to tackle it; I don't doubt for a minute that many others are suffering these issues.

So thanks Tom for being willing to add facts to the situation.  Let's hope someone with more knowledge that we have jumps in and makes a useful observation.
