You can submit feedback to Apple here:

Oct 1, 2016 2:56 PM in response to eden_dreamerby Lawrence Finch,That function has been on every iPhone and every version of iOS since the first one was released in 2007. Did you just notice it now? The only thing that has changed is the direction you swipe to open it.

Oct 5, 2016 7:58 PM in response to eden_dreamerby 000FFF,You can enable Restrictions. Tap Settings > General > Restrictions > Enable Restrictions > Create Restrictions Passcode > Slide switch for Camera off. This will prevent it from being accessible from the lock screen.

No, the OP asked to remove access from the lock screen, not to completely disable the camera.

Oct 5, 2016 10:15 PM in response to ChrisJ4203by 000FFF,Ok, I'll apologize for not providing all the info in my post, but at least the OP has an option now. Aren't the forums here to give all the options and let people decide if they want to use the suggested info or not? Not sure why you feel the need to be argumentative. Just trying to give them an option other than just saying no and being sarcastic like the previous replies are.

Oct 5, 2016 10:28 PM in response to 000FFFby ChrisJ4203,It is a shame that you feel the other posts are sarcastic, but they answer the OP's question. You read into the question and decided to provide an alternative solution, that also disabled access to the device they did not ask for. For the sake of it, you are being just as argumentative as anyone else. I know the purpose of the forum.
