update 10.2.2 to 10.2.4 killed my Apple loops

I have updated from Logic X 10.2.2 to 10.2.4 today through Appstore update.

Logic is running OK, but no apple loops are showing in the loops browser any more - browser is empty.

Sound Library Manager shows all loops as installed.

I have now Re-installed one loop library, and (only) the reinstalled loops are showing.

I can re-install all loops, I suppose - but will that double up the disk space used for loops? How do I know whether the old ones have been deleted? Or will they be overwritten?

Any advice appreciated.
