Oct 1, 2016 6:06 PM in response to paref97by Skydiver119,How are you charging it? Plugged into the USB of your compute or plugged into the wall? If the former, try to charge plugging into the wall. Based on what some folks here have posted, it seems iOS10 may have changed the minimum acceptable power input for charging, and many USB ports now don't meet what the device wants.

- If charging from computer USB then try instead from a charger
- Try another charger
- Ensure that your wall power outlet is functioning
- Lastly, check that lint or other materials have not packed into the Mini's lightning port, thereby preventing the connector from making full contact.

Oct 1, 2016 6:36 PM in response to paref97by ChrisJ4203,If you see "Not Charging", I'm guessing that you are trying to charge it with a computer USB port. Plug in the main block and attach that to the cable and see if it charges. I'm guessing it will. Not all computer USB ports will deliver the current necessary to charge the iPad.
