Hard drive makes clicking sound on startup

on startup my macbook pro makes strange clicking sound as in video (not my video)
what is wrong and what to do?

Clicking sounds from hard drive is usually a sign that it is dying.
Backup everything ASAP.
Start looking for a new disk drive.
