Seriously Annoying keychain pop up

Ok, this is becoming even more annoying with the Sierra update as I keep getting the extremely disturbing keychain pop ups even when I sleep my mac for one minute!

Any idea how can I get RID of this window???

Open Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access, right click or control click on "login" in the lefthand sidebar, click "Change settings for Ketchain login", uncheck "Lock after... minutes" and "Lock when sleeping", Save and Close.
