My Mail app, iCloud app, & Internet Account are all freezes up.

I didn't have a service for a while since my sister move out so I am not able to use it. I just use my iPhone. New that i have new service, open my laptop and wanted me to update so I did then those thing happen. When I asked Terminal it said:

mkdir: /Users/zenaidalorenzo/.bash_sessions: Operation not permitted

touch: /Users/zenaidalorenzo/.bash_sessions/ED8C-4D8C-B2B8-7BFFC31F20.historynew: No such file or directory

blackOrchid:~ zenaidalorenzo$ I am not a recognized as the Administrator.

All I ever wanted was go back before i updated El Capitan 10.11.6
