Q: cannot enlarge photos since installing Sierra

Mine does not say "s"

Here's how I have the Mouse preference pane set up:

I have these three mouse related preference panes in my Home/Library/Preferences folder.  If you have any of the same you might try moving them to the Desktop, reboot, reset the preferences and see if there's any improvement.

No luck for me either.
