I have received an email supposedly from Apple with subject Avoid Termination saying that my icloud account because I am not using it, which is not true. Is the email really from apple?

It is a phishing attempt. The poor grammar and spelling errors are hints that it is not from Apple. And it is not addressed specifically to you. An Apple email would be addressed specifically to you. Do not click on anything and if you do, do not provide them with any information. Delete the email.
