Usage and standby times not showing

Since updating my 6S 128gb to IS10.0.0 my usage and standby times disappear after switching my phone off and on. The times appear once I have fully charge my phone, but as I switch my phone off in the evening, when I switch it on in the morning again, the times have disappeared and show "__" again.

Is there a way to fix this ?
