iPad Pro Not Charging

My iPad Pro (10.0.2) says not charging when connected to the 4th USB port closest to the Thunderbolt on my iMac late 2015 OSX 10.11.6. Anything else I connect to it works so there's nothing wrong with that particular port.

However, my iPad charges when connected to the other 3 USB ports. Tried other Apple cables, restarted my iMac and hard reset my iPad.

Basically, it's not the iPad and it's not the USB port cuz they both work when plugged into/with something else. It's just the 2 in conjunction with each other that don't work.

I'm so confused. Anyone else having this problem?

Thank you. This made sense. I unplugged everything connected to any of the other USB ports & low & behold it started charging! I was still able to plug everything back in while the iPad was still connected & it held the charge still. However, when I disconnect it then connect it again it gives me the not charging message again. Not a big deal. Glad I don't have to lug both Mac & iPad to the store!
