Q: Multi-Desktop Background Using Photo Crash

This isn't critical, but I am trying to find if there is a solution to this.
I had it since Yosemite, but the problem seemed to fix itself (after one or two attempts).

Ever since Multi-Desktops were introduced I've been assigning a different background slideshow to each desktop.  However, as of Yosemite I began to use Photos "Albums" to create and organize playlists to have run on each desktop.

The Album begins to play perfectly (set at random per 30min).  I will have 2 different albums with different themes running, and they will at least appear to be fine, initially.  However, after some time of working (or during a new boot/login) one of the albums will short-out and become the sierra default background, while the other seems to be fine.  And if I fix one, the other album breaks.  While I was working in El Capitan the problem was there, but it somehow could be fixed if I went back into System Preferences and toggled Albums on the one that lost it's slideshow.  Once or twice and it was fixed.  The same approach isn't working this time.  (I'm not sure why it worked last time to be honest.)

Do I need to reset something... clear a cache... or is it just an OS glitch...?
