Hi Guys, I'm a granny (74 years young) I have a iPhone 4S and recently I have been unable to send or receive photos....worked fine until about 2 weeks ago. Still receive text that is attached to photos....can anyone help please?
I have checked all my settings and everything seems to be the same as before this problem.
Settings for an MMS should be reviewed in Settings>Messages. MMS should be turned on, and cellular data should be turned on. If you are still not receiving the photos, then contact your carrier and have them check your account to ensure it is provisioned correctly for MMS. They may have to reset and/or re-provision the account. MMS as well as SMS is a carrier feature. They control it.
