My new headphones produce no sound.
I Got my new phone exactly one week ago today. they were working fine before but a second later, nothing. no sound.
iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 10.0.2
I would test the headset in another device with a 3.5mm minijack connector such as a computer or the likes
and test another 3.5mm minijack headset with the phone
this should show if the fault is with the headset or the phone
