iOS 10.0.0.2 makes vibration alerts not work.

iPhone 7 updated to 10.0.0.2 and since then, iMessage and email notifications don't work.

The phone is not on DND.

Audible alerts work, but vibrate does not.

After a reboot, the phone will vibrate to alert one time, then never again.

Also, the email count does not update or post alerts.

When I rolled back to iOS 10.0.0.1, everything is back to normal. I have seen numerous people with this issue.
