Q: iOS 10 camera roll

I have iOS 10.0.2 on my 6s and I there's no camera roll folder at all in photos. Is there a setting or is that some error?

Do you have iCloud Photo Library turned on? If so, then all you will see is an All Photos album in place of the Camera Roll:
