- Reset: hold down the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo (10-15 seconds).
- Restore your iDevice: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184
If your backup is to iTunes, make sure it's encrypted.

Oct 3, 2016 10:31 PM in response to AppleMMOby CC_Dubb,When you restored the device did you "set up as new" or restore from a backup? If you restored it may be a corrupted backup issue. If you set up as new it sounds like a hardware issue.
