Q: 2-day old Photos library backup not available

Hi, I decided to reorganize my Photos library so I performed a Time Machine backup a few days ago. 9/29/16 at 9:31pm to be exact.

I then started to move stuff around in my library, which is in this file:

(it was migrated from an Aperture library)

I then changed my mind and decided to revert it the state that was backed up (see above)

However when I enter Time Machine, I don’t see any available Restore for that date. (can’t screenshot, sorry)

So, why isn’t my backup available? If use the ‘Up’ arrow...

...in Time Machine to find the most recent backup, it scrolls all the way back to 3/31/16, since which I’ve added hundreds of photos and backed up my system dozens of times.

I navigated to the right spot on my Time Machine backup drive and found the folder representing my volume doesn’t even have the right permissions:

The permissions on the folder representing my internal drive seems fine:

Does anyone know why those permissions are wrong? I even rebooted my system but that didn’t seem to make a difference.

Should I manually fmake the permissions on ‘Seagate 2TB’ match the permissions on ‘Machintosh HD’?
