I bought my MacBook right after its release about a year ago. I have been having trouble with my keyboard.
"Number 6" did not work for a while, so I got it fixed while I was still under warranty. However, my warranty just expired and my space key doesn't work. I brought it to the Apple store, and the guy told me that I have to pay to replace the whole keyboard.
I think the first generation of the MacBook has a manufacture defect. I don't know what to do, it's expensive to replace the keyboard. They said that I should have brought the Apple Care, but for a MacBook, it is so unreasonable that the keyboard only works for a year.
Could anyone help?
