Q: WiFi VoIP Fails Wifi connected to sat. internet service

software conflict between weak signal cell tower and home wifi/iPhone  6p configured for VOIP connected to exceed router for internet service. Call fails to set up (hand off) or establish GPS verification up to one hour, internet works fine.
